The 2008 State All-Around Champ recorded the highest all-around score in her first meet this year. The average 9.5625 score was achieved with a fall on the balance beam. Although she did not beat her 10.0 record of last year on Vault her 9.9 was good enough for first.

Jenny Covers, a 2010/2011 Senior at Prairie Ridge High School and a Level 10 member of the CLGTC team has recently sign a FULL RIDE SCHOLARSHIP to University of Minnesota. Jenny made a splash in the IHSA State tournament her Sophomore year by winning the All Around and Vault titles. She is coached by Lee Battaglia, coach of 3-time world champ Kurt Thomas, and is a mentor to many younger girls on the CLGTC team.
